From various research findings, many of which are delineated in eMedExpert, it can be seen that music has the ability to not only reduce pain blood pressure, and heart rates; but also has the ability to enhance intelligence and improve memory, concentration, productivity, and body movement/coordination. Hence, along with creating a calm environment, weaving music into workshops and events may foster learning for participants by allowing for a more conscious experience.
This is one of the ways in which Nisha shares her passion, with the hope of helping individuals experience a feeling of calmness, conscious awareness, and a oneness to themselves during the intimate process of learning and living.
